AVT Solution Pte. Ltd. ("AVT", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you use this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

Account details you give us when you register: name, company, job title, phone number, industry, email address and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
Images you upload to your account, such as photos of parts or defects, with their file names, sizes and upload dates.
Messages you send through the chat widget or contact form: your name, email address and message.
Technical data needed to keep you signed in, stored in your browser, and basic server logs kept by our hosting providers.

How we use it

To create and manage your account and let you store your images.
To review your images and inquiries and respond about machine vision solutions.
To contact you about your inquiries, projects or account.
To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for purposes unrelated to your inquiries without your consent.

Who can see it

Your images and account details are private. Only you and authorised AVT staff can see them. We use trusted service providers to run the website:

Supabase: accounts, database and image storage (data hosted in Singapore).
Netlify: website hosting.
Google Maps: the map on our contact page.

These providers process data only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose personal data where required by law.

How long we keep it

Uploaded images are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. You can delete them sooner at any time. We keep your account details until you delete your account, or until they are no longer needed for business or legal purposes. Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Your choices and rights

Access and correction: view and update your details at any time on your My account page, or ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Deletion: delete individual images, or your whole account, from the My account page.
Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us. We may then be unable to continue some services.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access rules ensure each account can reach only its own data, and images are stored privately and shared only through short-lived links.
